2.1 Zambia Agency for Persons with Disabilities (ZAPD) Human Resource Section is mandated with oversight of the Agency’s Human Resource function. The section handles matters pertaining to;

  • Recruitment and placement
  • Development and interpretation of both Management and unionized conditions of service.
  • Facilitation for staff training and development
  • Disciplinary matters
  • Staff Performance management and payroll management.
